- Service requests and scheduling details
- Donation details required to process contributions
- Basic analytics (page views, device type) — no individual tracking
How We Use It
To respond to your request, deliver services, process donations and gift links, and improve our programs. We do not sell or rent your data. Counseling communications are confidential and treated with clinical care.
Who We Share With
Only the partners required to deliver a service you requested — for example, a grocery delivery provider, a housing placement partner, or a payment processor. Each one is bound by confidentiality.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email Dtugman@acwa-org.net and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to those who need it to serve you.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
