At Access Community Wellness Alliance (ACWA), we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to contribute their talents, skills, and lived experiences to their community. We are committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who have been historically excluded from the workforce, including people with prior involvement in the justice system and individuals living with physical, intellectual, developmental, and mental health disabilities.

Rather than defining people by their past challenges or circumstances, we seek to recognize their strengths, potential, and capacity for growth.
